NOTE: Shortlisted candidates as per the criteria will only be called for the verification of documents

  • Birth Certificate of the child from Municipal Corporation (Hospital Certificate will not be acceptable)
  • Address Proof (any one of the following document showing the latest address)
  1. Voter Card (EPIC) / Aadhaar Card / UID Card /Passport
  2. Ration Card / Smart Card issued in the name of Parents (including name of child)
  3. Permanent address proof (registry)
  4. Domicile Certificate of Child or Parents
  5. Lease agreement with authentic proof (Registered Court Agreement)
  6. Electricity Bill / MTNL Bill/ Water Bill of the month of Nov / Dec 2018
  • Medical Fitness and Immunization Record of the child
  • Proof of Sibling (Real Brother / Sister) studying in this school only (if applicable) – Fee Receipt
  • Proof of Alumni (if applicable) – Class XII School Leaving Certificate
  • Proof of First Born Child (if applicable) – Affidavit
  • Special Ground (Parents with proficiency in Music, Sports, National Awardee, etc.) – Certificate (if applicable)
  • 3 Passport sized Photographs of the Child along with 2 each of parents
    (To be pasted on the Admission Form provided by the School authority at School Admission Desk )

Note for Shortlisted Candidates:

  • Self-Attested Photocopy of the required documents are to be submitted for the completion of admission formalities along with the Registration Form at the time of admission. (Originals will also be checked at the time of admission).
  • In case, the Parent fails to show the required documents corresponding to the Point Criteria, the respective point will be nullified.
