List of supporting documents to be produced by parents at the time of admission for verification:

  • Date of Birth Certificate of the Child issued by any Competent Authority.
  • Proof of Residence (any one):
  • Ration Card {Issued in the name of Parents (Mother/Father) having name of child}
  • Voter I-Card (EPIC) of any of the parents
  • Domicile certificate of child or of his/her parents.
  • Passport (in the name of any of the parents (Mother/Father/Child).
  • Aadhar Card/UID Card issued in the name of any parent or child.
  • Electricity/Water/MTNL Bill (Landline phone bill) in the name of any of Parent
  • Proof of Sibling (Current Fee receipt of sibling)
  • Proof of Alumni – XIIth Passing Certificate.
  • Proof of First Born Child: Notarized affidavit on stamp paper
